This full-time role focuses on developing and executing category-based sourcing strategies, managing tenders and supplier negotiations, and ensuring contracts deliver maximum value and long-term impact.
Acting as a trusted advisor, the Strategic Sourcing Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organisational goals, monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to lead complex, multi-faceted projects.
With in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supplier markets, the new Strategic Sourcing Manager will help Tennis Australia continue to grow the sport nationwide while delivering measurable value through strategic sourcing.
