Managing Director and Owner
Lesley spent the first 10 years of her career working for a regional brewer in the North East of England undertaking various management roles.
She then went on to work with several UK Government initiatives encouraging self-employment and promoting regional business development.
On moving to Australia she worked with her husband, Nigel Wardropper, founder and Managing Director of BTTB and PASA.
Nigel founded BTTB in 1999 to provide information, education and networking opportunities to travel category managers.
Following the sudden passing of Nigel in October 2020, Lesley took over as Managing Director/Owner and is building upon the great legacy Nigel left the procurement community.
Jonathan Dutton FCIPS has been the CEO of PASA since late 2020.
He has had a long career in procurement as a practitioner, leader, consultant and trainer and has also worked extensively in the past in both sales and marketing roles in businesses of all sizes, including major international corporations.
Jonathan (or JD as we call him) is an accomplished public speaker, author and presenter and he personally MC’s many of PASA’s events. Previously, he was the founding CEO for CIPSA in this region from 2004-2013.
Yoni joined the family business in June 2018. A creative and organised individual, Yoni excels in both event administration and graphic design. Yoni is the brain’s trust behind PASA’s visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our content to the procurement community.
Business Development Manager
Deanna joined PASA in 2020, after working in various marketing and sales roles across health, construction, and government sectors. As a relationship-marketing enthusiast, Deanna builds meaningful connections with sponsors, and develops unique event sponsorship programs to suit their business goals.
PASA Connect Sales Manager
Dee has been working with PASA and representing PASA Connect since early 2022.
Dee is a customer-focused, natural communicator who understands the importance of relationships having spent the last 20 years in sales management roles within the procurement, events and travel industries.
PASA Connect Member Liaison
Amy has worked in customer management roles throughout her entire career.
Starting in personal insurance claims, Amy has worked in different sectors including mining, property, legal and government.
Amy joined PASA Connect in 2020 as Member Liaison Manager working day to day with our members to ensure they are benefiting from everything the PASA brand has to offer.
Digital Marketing Lead
Tom is responsible for driving PASA’s digital marketing and content strategy. A storyteller at heart, Tom captures key content at events for our growing procurement audience and works with the team to share our content far and wide.
