Your input is needed: The 2024 State of Agility in Procurement & Supply survey

State Of Agility In Procurement And Supply Survey

The fourth global study into the State of Agile in Procurement & Supply is now open for participation, with a specific focus on “Agile Transformation across Companies”.

To achieve true business agility, it’s no longer enough to adopt agile ways of working by ourselves. Our strategic partners and the entire supply chain must also adopt these ways to become more adaptive and innovative as a whole.

This annual survey examines the current state of agile in procurement and supply, and all related roles and functions, providing a benchmark of progress, direction and the methods that are being used to greatest effect.

Designed by World Commerce & Contracting alongside the LAP Alliance, with sponsorship from Deloitte, the State of Agility in Procurement & Supply survey also provides inspiration on how to deal with partners.

The survey closes on 29th March, with the global annual report due to be published by the end of April.

Last year’s survey revealed that almost 90 percent of procurement and supply organisations agreed that adopting agile was of strategic importance to their business to deal with the greater market uncertainty.

A total of 88 percent of those surveyed backed adopting agile, 42 percent of respondents had no immediate plans to make it happen, while 83 percent recognised the growing need to work within coordinated supply networks or ecosystems.
