About the role …
Working remotely with our highly engaged small team, including the business owner and a professional CEO, as well as the wide range of content sources that we tap into, you will brief, collate, edit and produce the weekly PASA FOCUS newsletter & eZine which is circulated to around 10,000 subscribers who opt-in to this content stream.
The target audience are mostly all professional PROCUREMENT practitioners working within the top 3,000 companies in Australian and New Zealand – as well as a wide range of procurement roles in the public service including; all leading agencies, federal government departments, state governments and local councils. Not-for-profit entities also increasingly employ procurement professionals.
About you …
You are experienced, practiced and flexible enough to work online from home, and interface directly with the PASA team located on the Gold Coast and Melbourne, within an agreed minimum of work-hours each week that largely suit yourself. Being located in Brisbane, the Gold Coast or Melbourne is ideal, if not essential. Overseas based candidates will not be considered on this occasion.
Obviously, a deep knowledge and hands-on experience of writing for B2B audience is essential. Ideally, experience on the supply side of business or having written previously for procurement or supply chain management is preferred. Applying content marketing through regular proactive communications in the context of a modern digital marketing strategy in ANZ and in a B2B Services context is essentially the role. Working to editorial policy (which needs updating and reviewing) and our content and sponsor guidelines is also important. Also, experience news-gathering is well regarded.
Hands-on experience working with the usual Microsoft OFFICE suite and share-drives is essential, but any experience working with html, WordPress and its CMS, and, even our CRM suite Infusionsoft, or similar systems, is highly prized. Working to our house style and brand guidelines is also key. We have an in-house graphic designer already who can be briefed for in-house work.

This work will be a major contributor to our business in future. It is the engine that our audience engagement is built upon.
We offer flexible hours WFH, together with the reward of working with a lively and engaged team which is capable, friendly and fun to work with. Our core audience is engaged and often reactive to our efforts.
A competitive hourly rate will be agreed which can be paid fortnightly or monthly to suit. An ABN is essential.
We shut the office over Christmas, 23rd December through 9th January this year, when no work is required over this period.
