PASA Connect’s expanded Big Breakfast series returns for 2025

Big Breakfast

Following last year’s sell-out series, PASA Connect’s Big Breakfast returns for 2025 with an expanded line-up, visiting nine major cities across Australia and New Zealand.

Kicking off at the Adelaide Oval (1 May), the Big Breakfast then makes its way to Melbourne (13 May), before heading north to Brisbane (17 July) and Canberra (24 July).

Later in the year, Sydney (28 August) and Perth (3 September) complete the Australian leg, before the Big Breakfast crosses the ditch to New Zealand, visiting Auckland (8 September), Wellington (10 September) and Christchurch (12 September).

Why attend?

Each snappy event squeezes a full day of team building, networking and real-world case studies into a four-hour window. The morning includes a hot breakfast and several keynote speakers – and everyone is back in the office by 11:30am!

Aside from connecting with colleagues and peers from around the region to share and learn together, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Get across issues facing procurement now and in the future – and what you can do about them in practice
  • Tap into new procurement thinking from specially recruited procurement thought-leaders and experts
  • Hear real-world case studies from leading procurement practitioners and organisations, often facing the same challenges as you

The 2025 theme

Each event will follow a similar theme, allowing key differences specific to each region.

Key challenges facing the procurement profession will be explored, including:

  • Mitigating the effects of high inflation – refocusing on value creation over cost savings
  • Rebalancing sourcing decisions based on risk management as well as cost advantage
  • Reviewing the future of global sourcing from Australia & New Zealand in the face of deglobalisation worldwide
  • Delivering on stakeholder demands for raised ESG standards from the supply side
  • Capturing the true benefits now available from eProcurement technology and digitalisation work
  • Understanding local needs and differences

Remember, PASA’s Big Breakfast events frequently sell out, so don’t miss out – secure your ticket today!
