The questionnaire takes under six minutes to complete and consists of 15 multiple-choice questions.

Meanwhile, the Australian Governance Study is based on the Grosvenor Better Practice Governance Model.
It’s a 10-15 minute self-assessment tool that will guide you through each element of good governance at a high level and presents a series of questions to determine:
- The current maturity level of your governance in each element of the model
- The maturity level you believe is required for your team to achieve its purpose
Upon completion, a heat map will be emailed directly to you. This heat map will illustrate the strengths in your governance arrangements as well as the maturity gaps, which will assist you in identifying priorities.
