Landing in Sydney on 26 March with a new live and in-person format, ProcureTECH ‘26 delivers a day of practical insights, real-world case studies and direct access to leading solution providers.

Entering its 16th year, the event will take place at The Pullman Sydney Hyde Park, featuring an updated program tailored for procurement teams facing rising workloads, increasing compliance demands, rapid AI innovation and the growing need to build stronger technology business cases.

To qualify for the hosted buyer program, delegates must commit to a minimum of four 30-minute, pre-scheduled meetings on behalf of their organisation with participating technology suppliers. This enables quick screening with minimal effort and buy-side resources. 

All pre-scheduled meetings will be conducted during the main conference program, so hosted buyers must opt out of approximately two of the eight scheduled speaking sessions in the keynote program.

Sometimes, buyers bring more than one team member to cover all aspects of the event simultaneously while still attending all plenary sessions.

Those wishing to opt out of the hosted buyer facility can pay the retail price of a delegate ticket to attend the event.
