This development programme, including a 2 day training session, focuses on applying a consultative process to articulate your solutions and to gain agreement and acceptance from your internal or external stakeholders. The ISAT will measure your current skill level and throughout the process you can retest your skill level to see how you are improving and where you still need improvements. This scientific, validated proven methodology will show you the real in depth science behind your influencing skills, it will give you real tangible insights into how you can take action and will deliver real results.

A certified Predictive Index Associate and i4 Neuroleader practitioner, founder of 8 Consulting with 15 years of successful history consulting within the talent management industry within Asia Pac. Odelle is well known throughout ANZ in the Procurement and Supply Chain arena and has spent the last 15 years in this space working with a multitude of clients in both recruitment, coaching and talent capacity.
Odelle has worked with many Procurement clients within learning and development and organisational change management. Utilising her expertise in workplace behaviours and people analytics to design and develop leaders and build high performing teams.
Odelle is passionate about people and assisting individuals, teams and organisations to improve the quality of their performance and workplace relationships.
