Have your say in State of Flux’s 16th Annual SRM Research

State Of Flux Survey

State of Flux is seeking input from procurement professionals across the ANZ region as it launches its 16th Annual SRM Research.

This year’s theme is “return on relationships”, which aims to help organisations improve the value they get from their suppliers by building strong relationships that deliver more than just financial benefits to the organisation, such as risk mitigation, cost optimisation and access to new innovations from their suppliers.

Alan Day, chairman and founder at State of Flux said, “Over the last decade or so, the essence of supplier management has evolved dramatically. It’s moved beyond mere price negotiation and delivery punctuality to a profound shift towards establishing meaningful, strategic partnerships with suppliers. A concept State of Flux calls “return on relationships”.

“Participating in the world’s largest SRM Research is an opportunity for organisations to assess their supplier management practices, benchmark against industry peers and best practices, and identify areas for improvement. It is also a chance to contribute to thought leadership in this area, and we look forward to sharing the results with participants,” he said.

The survey takes less than 20 minutes to complete and closes on Monday, 1st July.

State of Flux will provide participants with a free benchmark based on industry peers and a best practice model.

These insights will help inform organisations on their strengths, in regards to supplier management, and what activities will help to achieve the desired ‘customer of choice’ status with key suppliers.
