*Hosted Buyer – In order to qualify for the hosted buyer programme, delegates must commit to conducting a minimum of four pre-scheduled meetings with participating technology suppliers. As the name suggests, the programme is only available to delegates from the ‘buy-side’, who would be seeking to adopt procurement technologies in their organisation. These pre-scheduled meetings will be conducted while the main conference programme is in progress, meaning that hosted buyers must elect to opt out of two of the eight scheduled seminar sessions. They will still be able to attend all plenary sessions and app snaps.
*Paid Buyer – Buyers not wishing to participate in the hosted buyer programme may register for the event as a paid buyer with no requirement to pre-arrange meetings with participating suppliers, The cost to attend as a paid buyer is AUD395*
*Vendor Delegate – Are anyone providing goods, services, solutions, support services or advice to procurement – Ticket price AUD595*

Cancellation Terms – Any cancellations must be received in writing before 1st September 2017. An administration charge of AUD125* will apply. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions will be allowed at any time.
Conference Agenda – The organisers reserve the right to alter or amend the conference programme without notice to delegates.

*PASA does not charge GST on events delivered in New Zealand as we are an Australian Company. For the same reason, we need to quote prices in AUD (apologies to those who find this inconvenient, but the numbers involved simply do not warrant us setting up an NZ company and bank account)
