Katrina Ell, Director and Lead Economist for APAC, Moody’s Analytics
Katrina Ell is an Associate Director and Senior Economist in the Sydney office of Moody’s Analytics. In her role, Katrina helps manage the Asia-Pacific team of economists spanning Sydney, Singapore and Tokyo that produce research and analysis of economies throughout the region. Katrina is also responsible for baseline and scenario forecasting and macroeconomic narrative development. She is regularly relied upon by international media for timely, independent and succinct insights on the global economy, with a particular focus on Asia-Pacific.
Before joining Moody’s, Katrina worked as an analyst at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.

David Rotor, Partner, Procurement Practice, Partners in Performance (PIP) – An Accenture Company
David has led many procurement organisations, including as Global Head of Procurement Outsourcing for PwC, which included managing procurement for ANZ Bank here in Australia, as well as for Nortel Networks globally. He ran Acquisitions Branch for the Canadian Federal Government where he sponsored both the Office of Green Government and Social Procurement for small & medium sized businesses, aboriginal and women-owned businesses, and veteran and disabled-owned businesses. He ran Deloitte’s Sourcing & Procurement Practice in Australia, served Bain as one of two global procurement experts, and is now a partner with Partners in Performance. He has delivered over $60 billion NPV in procurement and supply chain programs.

Inga von Fircks, Partner, Procurement & Energy Transformation, Partners in Performance (PIP) – An Accenture Company
Inga is a partner for the energy transformation and procurement practices, and a global thought leader on Scope 3 emission reduction. She has over 15 years of energy transformation, procurement, strategy and operational improvement experience. Inga is energised by helping clients navigate past reporting complexities to deliver financially viable solutions to achieve aggressive emissions reduction targets quickly and efficiently.

Teresa Scott, CEO, The Australian Procurement & Construction Council (APCC)
Teresa has been the Executive Director of the Australasian Procurement and Construction Council (APCC) since 2012. She works with the Council of Chief Executives to set the strategic direction of the APCC, delivering on the extensive work program and expanding APCC’s role as Australasia’s leading public sector forum for the disciplines of procurement, construction, asset management, property management policy and practice.
To support collaboration and thought leadership across all Australian jurisdictions and the New Zealand Government, Teresa currently serves on the NSW Infrastructure Industry Forum, facilitates collaboration between states and territories with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), facilitates the strategic alliance with the Australian Construction Industry Forum (ACIF), sits on a number of Standards Australia committees on building information modelling and asset management, is a member of the Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council, the Materials Embodied Carbon Leaders Alliance, the Queensland Government Procurement Industry Advisory Group, and the Commonwealth’s Procurement Consultative Roundtable and Community of Procurement Excellence. Lastly, Teresa established and manages the Australasian Building Information Modelling (BIM) Advisory Board.

Paul is a thought leader and an experienced consultant with a track record of innovation and successful engagements developed over 35 years. He has worked in more than 20 countries and is an internationally acknowledged expert on procurement and negotiation.

Ezra Clough, Head of Procurement, Cleanaway
Ezra is the Head of Procurement at Cleanaway Waste Management. Across more than 15 years of procurement, he’s procured everything from pencils to recycling plants, and now finds himself leading procurement at Australia’s largest waste management company.
The waste industry plays a pivotal part in the world’s drive towards a sustainable future. Cleanaway is at the forefront of this challenge and Ezra pinches himself that he can play a leading role in this change.

Mark Maiolo, Area Manager, APAC, Avetta
Mark holds more than 20 years of experience across energy and utilities, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors, helping businesses to drive maximum value through keen analysis, problem solving and thought leadership. Skilled in change management and SaaS delivery, Mark holds expertise in high volume environments having serviced large infrastructure projects for businesses across APAC. Mark joined Avetta in 2022 having previously worked with leading global technology companies, delivering solution design and release management.

Catherine Predika, Manager, Governance and Sustainable Procurement, AusNet
Catherine has worked as a procurement professional for 25 years, spending the first 21 years in the IT industry in roles spanning category management, business controls and as a business partner leading procurement teams for multiple industry stakeholders and categories. Joining AusNet in 2019, Catherine is currently the governance and sustainable procurement manager, leading the development and implementation of all procurement-related ESG programs and reporting, in addition to wider procurement process improvements and data analytics.

Karl Gill, Head of Procurement, Melbourne Water
Karl Gill is a seasoned procurement expert with a unique and diverse background. His career began on the ocean as a sailor and later as a senior officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy. During his military service, he travelled extensively, participating in operations, peacekeeping missions, military training exercises, humanitarian aid and diplomatic activities. His military career honed his skills in supply chain, logistics, HR and finance.
Transitioning from the Navy to the corporate world, Karl brought his expertise to Skycity Entertainment Group, New Zealand’s largest casino and hotel operator, as a procurement manager. He then joined Fletcher Building, where he managed various global direct categories, including construction, capital programs, MRO and professional services.
Karl’s journey continued into the private sector as a procurement director and senior project manager for a residential and commercial construction and development group. In 2022, he moved to Australia and took on his current role as head of procurement & contract management at Melbourne Water.

Edward Baxter, Solution Consulting Manager, APAC, Ivalua
Edward has been in the procurement software industry since 2007, in a variety of customer-facing roles. Currently, he leads Ivalua’s Asia Pacific Solutions Consulting team, supporting APAC organisations as they assess the value that Ivalua’s S2P capabilities deliver.

Adam Tucci, Senior Director, Customer Procurement Asia Pacific & ANZ Lead, BP
Adam is a procurement executive with over 20 years of experience across various industries, developing and leading teams on a regional and global basis. He has spent time with global companies such as BHP Billiton, Ford and Siemens, and has built a reputation for transparency, respect and delivery. He currently leads the BP procurement team across the region, covering the customer and products businesses (Mobility & Convenience, Midstream, Castrol, Aviation and BP Pulse (EV) across Asia, as well as the emerging gas & low carbon and production/operations businesses within ANZ. He sits on the business executive leadership team and is based in Melbourne.
