Canberra Big Breakfast.

Our Big Breakfast events are back following the tremendous success of our sell-out 2022 & 2023 series. We’re hosting seven Big Breakfast’s in seven cities throughout the region in 2024.

Connect and learn over breakfast.

We’re bringing an expanded program in 2023 to bring more procurement networking and knowledge over a tasty breakfast. Centre to each event is how best procurement can navigate today’s key challenges in the profession.

With the world increasingly a more demanding place to source from, and stakeholders continually increasing their demands for using procurement as an instrument of policy,

It is increasingly difficult to deliver procurements that are all things to all people. Balancing the challenges of modern procurement in itself becomes a challenge.

How do DFAT accomplish this, work in the AusAid support, often with differing aims, and also continue to deliver value for money?

Simon Cann-Evans, Director – Development Procurement, DFAT

Responsible procurement is proactive procurement – getting organised, looking forward, and acting responsively to newly acquired information.

How can you get a line of sight into what your procurement team requires and when? How can you empower your team so each individual knows what’s in store for their procurement projects? How can having a line of sight improve value for money outcomes?

What people say about our events.

The PASA conference was the best conference I had attended in many years – many practical advice and applications that my team and I can put to use straight away, a great investment of our time.
