As the Head of Hotel Services at Mecwacare, he oversees multiple facilities, leading Chef Managers and hotel services teams to deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences that align with IDDSI, HACCP, and dietitian-approved standards.

With a strong foundation as a professional chef, Dinesh brings deep culinary knowledge combined with operational excellence. He specialises in menu engineering, food costing, kitchen optimisation, compliance auditing, and large-scale food service management. His leadership ensures that every facility under his guidance maintains a high standard of food quality, safety, and resident satisfaction while operating efficiently within budget.

Dinesh is also the driving force behind the Mecwacare Meal Connect initiative, a large-scale meals production and delivery model designed to provide nutritious, cost-effective meals to the community. This initiative reflects his vision to modernise food services in healthcare by improving scalability, consistency, and accessibility without compromising on quality.

Her previous roles include Change Analyst at SS&C Technologies and Product Manager at the City of Newcastle, where she managed multi-million dollar budgets, built product roadmaps and delivered business-critical projects.

Sarah is known for her strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement and her ability to embed change through communication, training and mentoring. She has been consistently recognised with awards throughout her career for leadership, innovation and impact.
