Only 5% of procurement managers have cohesive L&D plans for their teams

The recent PASA survey on procurement L&D trends in Australia & New Zealand revealed that 95% of respondents do not have clear L&D plans for their whole team.

Some 80% rely on an ad hoc approach to developing the capability for their team – as circumstances demand. Yet, surprisingly, some 67% report existing training budgets for 2021 unaffected by Covid driven budget cuts.
