How does NZ procurement measure up?

Wouldn’t you like to know

At the PASA NZ Premier Confex on 1st & 2nd August at the Stamford Plaza Auckland, we start day one by taking the pulse of the room in relation to current satisfaction levels and customer experience.

Attendees will work together to discuss answers to a series of questions around the quality of internal stakeholder and external supplier relationships, such as how we think we ‘measure up’ in their eyes.

How do we become a customer of Choice? – And do we want to?

This interactive panel session will explore the reality of buyer-supplier relationships, posing questions such as:

  • Which suppliers does the business view as strategic partners?
  • Who determines this?
  • How do suppliers view the experience of dealing with procurement?
  • How does being a ‘customer of choice’ impact on a supplier and/or procurement?

At least that is the sort of thing I envisage. But….it may be quite different! And I hope it is. The more different it is the more likely that the delegates – you – are shaping the agenda by asking their own questions.

I look forward to seeing you in Auckland,

Nigel Wardropper
Managing Director, PASA
