In a recent interview with BRW, Gordon Donovan says brand value and reputational risk should be equal to price and availability when it comes to making procurement decisions.

Donovan says:  “The recent ABC Four Corners exposé on the widespread abuse of migrant workers in Australian factories and farms, should be a big wake-up call for local businesses, big and small, that nothing in your supply chain can be taken for granted.”
